Kimmuriel has a LOT OF BULLSHIT and a LOT OF IT INVOLVES GOING IN PEOPLE'S HEADS. The most directly relevant one is the ability to read surface thoughts, which basically translates to "he can respond to the narration in bracket tags etc if that's there", but here is a more detailed overview of his powers!

He has more puppet-y/trapped in your own head as he pilots your shit stuff but that will always be negotiated out OOCly before I inflict it on people ICly.

Since Jarlaxle is going to introduce Rose to Kimmuriel, I figured I should comment just in case!

Rose's mind is somewhat more psionically active than normal for a human, and somewhat faster/smarter than most humans, but the level of activity is still easily within the possible range for a vanilla human.

There are three ways that her mind is unlike a normal human, though.

1) There is a very well-concealed, currently inactive link to another mind. That mind, I assume, is too far outside Tributary to be connected, but the line itself is... very high-capacity? In a way that makes it obvious it is not meant for use by a mortal mind.

2) There is an active link as well, a 'livestream' if you will, that links to an extradimensional psychic vessel - for lack of a better term, an offsite back-up recording Rose.

3) Rose's mind is too full of information. She cannot access it or use it at this time, and her ability to use it is set within mortal limits, but her mind is crammed full of far more data than her senses could possibly have gathered.

I'm totally open to Kimmuriel being able or unable to detect any of this, and to answer further questions as he does!

The planar signature, being Liminal Space, might not be too different than Tributary's - that is, as much as it's any particular plane, it's between planes. It might resemble the interface of a portal or the Astral Plane as well? IDK man Kimmuriel can parse this however seems best to you!
