POWER PERMISSIONS
Nov. 29th, 2023 06:22 pmKimmuriel has a LOT OF BULLSHIT and a LOT OF IT INVOLVES GOING IN PEOPLE'S HEADS. The most directly relevant one is the ability to read surface thoughts, which basically translates to "he can respond to the narration in bracket tags etc if that's there", but here is a more detailed overview of his powers!
He has more puppet-y/trapped in your own head as he pilots your shit stuff but that will always be negotiated out OOCly before I inflict it on people ICly.
